Jonathan Breck a man Behind the Mask.

So who is this mysterious man, behind the Creepy look of our beloved Creeper? He is one and only Jonathan Breck and this is his story.

Although a veteran stage actor, Jonathan Breck first received nationalacclaim when he burst onto the scene as The Creeper in MGM's "Jeepers Creepers"(2001).

When the film became the surprise hit of the year, his days of anonymity were over. The original "Jeepers Creepers" has since gone on to gross over 100million worldwide. Since then Mr. Breck has appeared in numerous film and television roles including:"Beat Boys, Beat Girls" (Independent), "Good Advice" (HBO), "Spiders" (New Image),"I Married a Monster" (UPN), "Jag" (CBS), "Star Trek: Voyager" (UPN), "VIP" (Fox),and "Push" (ABC). In 2003, Mr. Breck reprised his role as The Creeper in "Jeepers Creepers 2".Critics described his performance in the sequel as "nothing short of brilliant... he firmly establishes himself as an icon...one of the classic movie monsters of all time." "Jeepers Creepers 2" has become an instant classic, already grossing over 100million dollars worldwide. MGM Studios, overjoyed with the success of the sequel,is rumored to have already ordered a third film to be produced in 2005. With the completion of his trilogy, it appears Mr. Breck will stand poised to take hisplace as "The Freddy Krueger for the new generation". In early 2004, Jonathan filmed the Sci-Fi action thriller "DREAMLAND".

Jonathan resides in Los Angeles, where he takes full advantage of the beautifulweather. He is an avid surfer, sailor, and hiker. His favorite "past time",however, is to travel. There is nothing like "jumping on a train or a plane andgetting lost. I learn more about myself in those moments than in anything else Ido".

I WAS TRYING TO THINK IF A POLICE OFFICER STOPPED SOMETHING LIKE THAT ON THE ROAD AT NIGHT EITHER DRIVING, FLYING OR HOOK TO A SCARCROW CROSS THEY SURE THE HELL WOULD NOT BE ASKING HIM FOR HIS ID.PLUS OUR DEPARTMENT WOULD HAVE TO START ISSUING SOME DEPENDS FOR OUR OFFICERS. EXCELLENT MOVIE, HARD ON THE UNDERWEAR

    1. As a LEO you might appreciate this more than many others and I'm telling you you're assessment is correct. From 1983 to 1996 I was a federally licensed arms consultant. My daily companions were a pair of 45 Caliber Revolvers loaded with 255 Grain RCBS Hard Cast Kieth's, slugs and loads I crafted myself that Chrono'd 1150FPS over my Oehler. One night our 80 pound shepherd farm mutt whined around the house for hours refusing to go outside to take his toilet. It got on my nerves so bad I decided to escort him outside. I grab his collar and walk him out onto the front porch. He lowers his whole body down to just about a crawl and looks to his left. I look to his left and there it is, some "Gargoyle" looking thing squatting at the edge of our barn roof. I look at it and those "gator belly" scales all down it's chest and abdomen give me pause - I look down at my revolver and then back at that thing on the barn and it freakin SMILES at me! I apoligize to our dog and we both bow our heads and retreat slowly back into the living room. About 1 minute later there's a heavy, slow, "whoosh - whoosh" heading over the house to the north-east. Dog went right outside about ten minutes later, not a care in the world, head high, tail flailing, tongue lolling and all. Few hours later the sun is up and there's two dents in the steel barn roof about 12 inches wide and spaced about 30 inches apart. About 5 years later, my sister rents a new horror movie and there it is! Ours wasn't wearing clothes and their's don't have the "gator belly" scales, but the rest, right down to that glistening toothy grin, is spot on. That was more than 15 years ago. I just caught Creepers 2 a couple nights ago - and having seen the chest and belly of what I saw more than 25 years ago, I feel quite comfortable stating that the "reactions" to a hit as demonstrated in Creepers 2 were quite in line with what I expected more than 25 years ago when I first saw the thing while wearing my 45s. I doubt a 20mm Cannon would be to "it" as serious as a 177 caliber pellet would be to a any of "us" in a Cotton Duck winter suit. I don't know about "depends" though - all the liquid was removed and the concrete I was left with wouldn't pass for days.

  10. Both movies were very good. It's very rare when you find a sequel that can compare with the first title. Jeepers Creepers 2 was very good, if not better, than the first. In part 2, I loved the old truck scenes. The horn was was very creative in setting that creepy, chilling tone. I agree with those who said the scarecrow scene in opening of part one is frightening. I had to watch it about 5 times to fully digest it. It scared me. Also, in part 1, I didn't like any of the teenagers in the bus. I was rooting for the Creeper each time. I didn't find any of them very likable at all, and I certainly didn't find any of them worth sparing. Get them all, Creeper!
